Foundation
With the financial support of Dr Arend Oetker, Capfruit is founded in France in the Drôme region, well-known for its agricultural production.

Bringing together producers, pastry chefs and Capfruit team for a real moment of sharing and conviviality in the heart of the orchards, the Casse Croûte des Chefs will soon become an unmissable event.
Launch of the Cap'Source program
Long-term cultivation contracts, fair prices to ensure the sustainability of prosperous agriculture, while respecting nature, these are the bases of Capfruit’s agricultural partnerships grouped together in the Cap’Source program.
ISO 22000 certification
Capfruit obtains the ISO 22000 certification related to food safety. In 20023 Capfruit will move towards the even more demanding FSSC 22000 certification.
First frozen fruit purees without added sugar
Alwyas listening to the market, Capfruit is launching citrus and tropical fruit purees (with the exception of coconut) without added sugar. A first !
Martin Braun Gruppe
Capfruit joins the Martin Braun Gruppe, a company specialised in food ingredients owned by the Dr Oekter family.

The World Pastry Cup is the celebration of the pastry techniques of the most dedicated and passionate professionals. This passion is also that of Capfruit, that of the defense of a certain conception of culinary art, that of the love of a job well done.
Distributed in 63 countries
Capfruit is actively pursuing its international development. To secure and facilitate exchanges, it obtains the AEO certification.
Frozen purees without added sugar
Capfruit offers all its frozen fruit purees without added sugar. Red fruits and orchard fruits join citrus fruits and tropical fruits, themselves without added sugar since 2009.
New certifications
Very much aware of environmental issues, Capfruit confirms its commitments through demanding certifications: ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. Regarding food safety Capfruit moves on to the more demanding FSSC 22000 certification.
New identity
In line with its values and ambitions, Capfruit unveils a new visual identity. This new brand image reflects both the sustainability and modernity of a company attentive to developments in its market.
