A moment of sharing between producers and gastronomy professionals

Born almost by chance during a casual conversation, the Casse-Croûte des Chefs quickly became an unmissable event. Every year, after visiting the Capfruit workshops, fruit growers, distributors, and Chefs gather in the heart of an orchard.

A relaxed, convivial moment where much more than a picnic is shared: raw, sincere, and authentic emotions.

This is the very essence of Capfruit: creating connections around fruit, the love of a job well done… and the pleasure of being together.

A 2025 edition full of flavors and emotions

For this new edition of the Casse-Croûte des Chefs, more than 60 of us shared a convivial moment in the heart of the orchards of the Bégot family, long-standing partners of Capfruit. It was an opportunity to (re)discover the varieties of peaches and apricots produced through our Cap’Source initiative, cultivated with passion for processing.

On the creative side, Chef Silax, the 2025 sponsor, shared his vision of sincere and bold pastry. Quality, balance, and accessibility are at the heart of his commitment.

A huge thank you to our two leaders for their generosity and talent. Blending agricultural expertise and culinary daring, this day once again celebrated the richness of our local produce and our passion for fruit.
