Haskap berry is a unique northern fruit with a flavor profile that is tangy, fruity, and slightly tannic, featuring notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, and blueberry. The fruit is grown in the Vosges region. Rich in antioxidants and vitamins, the purée’s reddish-purple hue and vibrant flavor add both freshness and character.
